News Room: Western Telegraph Web Project RE: LAWS STREET FIRE
Dear Editor,
I was shocked to learn of the
fire which has devastated the old 'Burton's Corner', that is the
corner of Dimond Street and Laws Street, Pembroke Dock, in the
early hours of this morning, Saturday 10th November. I am of
the understanding that there are five flats, plus the 'Crazy But
True' furniture shop that have been destroyed in the inferno.
Pembroke Dock Chamber of Trade
wish to extend our warmest sympathy with those affected by this
accident and we shall liaise with the Town Council and community
groups to ascertain what assistance can be offered to the
unfortunate individuals who have been affected by this event.
