Community Hall is not just a place where the Town Council
meets. It has a wide range of activities taking place there and is the
largest dance and concert hall in Pembroke Dock. There are also three other
meeting rooms for public use including a large room with dance floor
upstairs. The hall also boasts full internet access, and for a small fee the
use of projection and interactive whiteboard equipment
Hiring Charges are very reasonable as the Council has always strived to make
it available for all sections of the community, while some users such as the
Blood Donor sessions are free of charge. Rental prices will be going up in
April 2008, but the hall still
represents excellent value for money. Few people, including most of the
regular users, are aware that the rental income currently only covers about
a third of the annual hall costs when wages of the caretaker, cleaners,
office staff etc are taken into account.
