/Siege at the Guntowe Gun Tower taken by Storm !
For almost 160 years the Cambridge Tower in Front Street Pembroke Dock has stood strong against all foes, its defences never defeated, the garrison never taken, its wall never breached....that is until today, a date for the history books for on Tuesday 6th May 2008 it will be remembered that the Tower was stormed and entered by force by a nice man from Llanion Glass. The reason for the assault was a jammed entrance door  By 1045hrs the battle was over and calm returned to Pembroke Dock....

The staff at the Tower would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the problems, which began on Monday morning and prevented them form opening for the bank holiday Monday
