Calling all Chairpersons!

PAVS are running a Chairing for Success workshop on the morning of the 15th February. Designed to suit new Chairpersons to understand the role of the Chair and to provide a refresher for existing Chairs, the workshop will consider the knowledge and skills required to fulfil the role. It will explore the need for preparation and planning to ensure the meetings are chaired effectively and identify tools to assist the Chair so that meetings are successful.
