Call up for ‘Blitz Bazaar’

A wartime ‘call up’ has gone out to organisations and charities to join forces for a ‘Blitz Bazaar’ during Pembroke Dock’s special Forties Weekend in September.

The courtyard of the town historic Market is being turned into a wartime bazaar with many stalls.

It is on a first come basis and is open to all organisations.

“There is no charge to have a stall,” said Sue Border, one of the team organising events over the weekend of 10th to 12th September.

“The Blitz Bazaar takes place on Saturday 11th September and we want to fill the courtyard with stalls. It is not restricted to charities - any fundraising group, charity or a commercial enterprise can book a spot.”
