LOCAL MAYOR AND BADMINTON STAR JOIN BRAMMER MANAGING DIRECTOR TO OPEN NEW PEMBROKE BRANCH
Brammer, the UK’s leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, has further expanded its nationwide network with the opening of a new Sales and Service Centre at Pembroke Dock.

Cllr Maureen Colgan, Mayor of Pembroke Dock, and Welsh badminton international Jordan Hart, joined Ian Ritchie, Managing Director of Brammer, to officially open the new Pembroke facility.

Based at Unit E, Nesta’s Court, London Road, Pembroke Dock, it is Brammer’s fifth branch in Wales. Its opening reflects significant growth in Brammer’s business with local companies including Chevron, Murco, Sem Logistics, Dragon LNG, Mainport Engineering, J E Lawrence & Sons and Mustang Marine.

Brammer Pembroke stocks an extensive range of bearings, seals, mechanical and electrical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics and general maintenance products from leading manufacturers, with rapid access to many thousands more through Brammer’s National Distribution Centre.

The opening event was attended by Brammer customers from across south-west Wales.

Ian Ritchie commented: “Our customer base in south and west Wales continues to grow and the new Pembroke Sales & Service Centre will enable us to further enhance our service to them.

“We remain committed to developing our network of local branches across the UK and this is just the first of several branch openings and expansions scheduled for 2011.”

The branch, managed by David Lewis, can be contacted on 01646 680885. Other Brammer branches in Wales are located in Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and Merthyr Tydfil.
