Coastal Path Clean Up 27th-29th April
The Wales Coastal Path will open on 5th May 2012 and
Keep Wales Tidy will be organising a pre-launch
clean up over the weekend 27th-29th April. Wales
will be the only country in the world where you can
walk the entire length of a country’s coastline.
This is a great opportunity for KWT to work with a
number of different national agencies together with
the public and receive a huge amount of national
press coverage and help to ensure the path’s
success.
All officers with a section of the coastal path in
their county will be organising events over this
weekend. We want this event to be a huge success and
hope to cover as much of the path as possible
creating fantastic opportunities for people all over
Wales to take part and ensure the success of the
Wales Coast Path.
