On Thursday, November 15th, voters in Pembrokeshire, will have the opportunity to vote to elect a Police and Crime Commissioner to oversee the Dyfed Powys Police Force.

This is the first election of its kind in this country and this website will provide information about the role of the Commissioner and how you can take part in the election.

The elected Commissioner will be responsible for holding the Chief Constable and Dyfed Powys Police to account on your behalf. He or she will oversee how crime is tackled in mid and west Wales and aim to ensure the Police are providing a good service.
