Pater Hall
Trust is looking for a contractor to take on there
latest efforts to upgrade and improve the Pater Hall.
The Trust has appointed architects who are now asking
for any companies who would be able to take on the work
file a notice of interest
Project Description
The works within this project consists of the
alterations and refurbishment of the existing Female /
Male toilets on the ground floor of the Pater Hall. At
this same floor level the formation of a new kitchen /
bar servery (incl. fit-out) & stores, new unisex
disabled w.c., new box office, repositioning of fire
exits in external walls, creating a new external
wheelchair compatible access ramp and new side entrance
door. This will also involve forming new structural
openings, demolition / repositioning of internal walls
to form new layouts etc. The main entrance foyer will
also be fully refurbished.
At first floor level the works within this project
consists of forming a new kitchen / servery (incl.
fit-out), forming new structural openings / new
partitions etc. to form new layouts. A new projector /
control room (room only) will
be provided and general refurbishment / re-decoration of
surrounding areas and rooms.
All works within this project is located towards the
front of the Pater Hall (off Dimond Street, Pembroke
Dock)
In order to minimise disruption to the Hall and the
remainder of the Pater Hall building which remain in use
throughout the course of the contract the contractor
will occupy the front of building and a partial area of
the main hall, segregation of the builders compound /
are of working and the general public / building users
will be very important.
It is intended that the works for this project are to be
carried out within the months of June / July / August
2012 to meet the Halls booking demands.
