The inaugural meeting of the team took place on 3rd May 2006.
14 of the 24 people invited attended with 2 apologies. Councillor Ron Watts was elected as Chairman of the Group and it was decided

that initially meetings would be held at approximately monthly intervals whilst areas for improvement / action are identified and follow up action taken.
